Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and we try to ensure that all deliveries run smoothly and efficiently. Depending on where you are situated, delivery times will vary, but as a guide, most major destinations will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of order. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. If an order is made on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will only be processed on the following Monday.

Please note during SALE periods, orders will take up to 10 working days to deliver. Regional areas may also experience slight delays in delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, Earthchild shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. For more information contact efloris@truworths.co.za.

Courier IT

Earthchild makes use of Courier IT Hand-to-Hand couriers as our dedicated courier partner. We charge a fee of R95 for this service for all orders under R750. Orders over R750 will be at no charge. As an additional service, a real time tracking system is available online, which provides up to date information regarding the progress of your parcel from dispatch to final delivery.

Our delivery service requires a person to sign for the parcel, please ensure that you or a third party is present at the delivery. The drivers from Courier IT do not have cell phones and cannot contact you directly - if there is no one available to receive your parcel, your order will be set out for delivery the following day.

Customers have the option of sending your purchases as a gift, to n address other than the primary address provided upon registering. This feature is available in your account,and up to 5 different addresses can be added to your online address book. In order to ensure the parcel is delivered to the correct party, please ensure that proof of identity is provided to the Courier IT agent if requested.
