Returning Items by Mail
Earthchild makes every effort to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however we recognise that in certain cases items may need to be returned and we will gladly do so under the conditions listed below.
With every order we ship, we include a merchandise or gift receipt.
Please keep your receipt to facilitate your mail return/exchange and follow these instructions to return your purchase by mail.
Credits for returns on Internet orders will be issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price paid within 14 days of purchase.
Please include original receipt and/or transaction number with the merchandise.
For Internet orders, return items by mail to the Earthchild Head Office address listed below and include your receipt or packing slip with a note clearly indicating what you are returning and the reason for the return. Only returns can be accepted.
• Exchanges cannot be processed through our Internet store. In order to purchase different sizes or colors, items must be reordered.
• Pack your return securely.
• Packages must be returned prepaid - WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD DELIVERIES (we advise you to contact the head office on email@example.com prior to sending any returns in order to manage the process in the most efficient manner)
• Earthchild will gladly refund shipping charges in the following instances only:
• The item is defective as a result of a manufacturing defect as determined by the quality control department of Earthchild
• Earthchild sent the wrong item to you.
Terms and Conditions for the duration of Sale online
Cancellation and Stock availability
We reserve the right, for purpose of suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and EARTHCHILD, in whole or in part, if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made, and accept no liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process any order/sale. All items are subject to availability.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. We always aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (depending on the payment method used) any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
